Heartland have their destiny in their hands as they take on Ismaily of Egypt this weekend in a group B encounter of the Champions League.
And coach Samson Siasia said the team must play to win or forget it. Heartland are at the bottom of the group with a point from three games.
A win on Sunday will launch them nearer to qualification, that is if they win their home game against run away group leaders JSK of Algeria and at least pick an away draw against Ahly of Egypt in their last game.
“The players are working extremely hard to get the goals we need to win games.
“We’ve got to score and we need to build confidence and make the most of opportunities.
“We’re at a stage where we need to play tight and convert chances as well as stop letting in silly goals,†Siasia said.
