Bayelsa state Governor Mr Seriake Dickson has voted in his Toru- Orua home town in Sagbama Local Government Area.

However, the card reader failed to read the governor, however, Dickson still cast his vote manually at about 9:45 am after writing down his details including his telephone number.

The governor who complained about the abnormality, said it was not the first time the card reader device has failed to read him, adding that the same scenario played out during the 2015 general elections.
