At a star-studded ceremony at Ambroseli National Park, Kenya, former Presidential spokesperson and number one bestselling author, Reno Omokri, was honoured with a Key to the City of Blanco, Texas, by the Mayor of Blanco, Mike Arnold.
According to the Mayor, Mr Omokri received the honour for his contributions to humanitarian causes and the advancement of human knowledge.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mayor Arnold said, “In recognition of your notable contributions to humanity and making the world a better place, it is my profound honour to give you a key to the City of Blanco as the Mayor of the city. Youth have friends in Texas.”
Mayor Arnold, a notable Trump supporter, praised Mr. Omokri for his commitment to the conservative ideals of family, morals, and godliness.
The ceremony was attended by former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, British actor Wale Ojo, gospel music star Panam Percy Paul, and HRH King Stephen Jeremiah Tobins, Akee X (JP) Nwamoema of Bukuma, Rivers State.
