Nollywood star actress, Kate Henshaw lost her mother on Friday, March 1, 2024.

Henshaw made this known in a post via her X account on Monday.

The 52-year-old called on her fans to remember her and her family in their prayers.

“Dear friends and fans,” Henshaw wrote.

“It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my dear mother on March 1st 2024.

“Your prayers mean the world to me during this difficult time.

“Please keep my family in your thoughts.

“Rest in peace mummy.

“Love, Kate Henshaw.”

This is coming even as the Nollywood industry lost two comic actors – Tolani Oyebamiji Quadri popularly known as Sisi Quadri and John Okafor also known as Mr Ibu at the weekend.

While Sisi Quadri died on Friday, Mr Ibu met his demise on Saturday.
