The Immediate Past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E. Dcn. Kingsley B. Otuaro, Esq., has extended birthday congratulations to Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, on the occasion of his 44th birthday anniversary.

Otuaro conveyed sincere regard and admiration for his contributions to the state and its people.
