CIPM harps on urgent need for people analytics in HR decision-making

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria ,CIPM, has called on the need for people analytics in Human Resources decision-making in Nigeria.

Speaking during its 57th Induction Ceremony in Lagos, themed ‘Strategic Decision-Making Through People Analytics,’ BUA Group Head of Human Resources, Mr. Dotun Adako, while highlighting the importance of data-driven HR practices said, “Data-driven HR practices can shape strategic decisions that lead to business resilience and growth,”

The institute further recognized Mr. Godwin Iorhom as the overall best graduating student, receiving a cash prize and an all-expense-paid trip to attend the 56th International Conference and Exhibition (ICE) in Abuja.
Other top-performing students, recognize including Mr. Oladimeji Abdul-Warith Opeyemi, Miss Oluomoniyi Simisola Comfort, and Miss Raimot Oreoluwa Lemose.

Responding to the gesture, Iorhom said, “CIPM has equipped me with the tools to make a real difference in the field of HR,”

The President and Chairman of the Governing Council of CIPM, Ahmed Ladan Gobir, lauded the inductees for their commitment to professional excellence.
