As part of its mission to provide budget-friendly access to luxury and lifestyle, a real estate company, Mixta Africa, has introduced the Lakowe Lakes Annexe, an affordable extension of their prestigious Lakowe Lakes Golf Estate.

The official unveiling, which took place over the weekend in Lagos, is part of the Lagos New Town development.

Speaking to journalists at the launch, Mixta Africa’s Country Manager for Nigeria, Sade Hughes, said: “The Annexe is intended to cater to those who desire the Lakowe Lakes experience but may not have the resources to invest in the original high-end project.”

Explaining further, Hughes said, “Subscribers to the Annexe will have access to the same infrastructure as the Lakowe Lakes Golf Estate, including quality roads, electricity, and views of the lake and gardens. The only difference is that they will be living in a distinct community within the overall development.”
